GENERAL INFORMATION

We do not recommend that you repair your own jewelry unless you have been professionally trained to do so or have prior expeirence. Take damaged jewelry in for professional repair as soon as possible, especially if small pieces like stones or links of chain have fallen out – the longer you wait, the more likely small pieces will be lost. We offer a range of repair services at minimal low price.

Probably the best thing you can do is preventative repair.  Have your jeweler check for signs of wear, such as loose stone mountings or bent clasps, and fix them before they become a serious problem. Also, if you have bracelets or necklaces that don't have safety chains or clasps, you may want to arrange for one of our jewelers to put some on. They're not expensive and they can spare you the heartbreak of losing a cherished piece.!

Each defective product under warranty will be examined and evaluated by our technical experts. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired.

Unfortunately, in the case of a product repair, we are unable to guarantee that the exact same repair or design will be provided.

We will not repair, replace, or substitute any goods that have been, in the company's opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse.

If a piece is not covered by the our opinion, the company may offer a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that a defective piece can only be repaired if:

    1. The product is our genuine products
    2. The repair is feasible - it must be possible to bring the product back to its original pristine condition
    Spare parts are still available (this is usually not the case if a product is out of production)



If you would like to repair an item, please ship the product in its original packaging to us. If products are sent by mail, they should be insured and shipped by certified mail, as we cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft incurred during transport.
