Most non-custom(personalized) or dye orders are shipped out within 24 hours of busienss day. Please be advised that international order "only may" take up to 2-3 busienss day to be shipped out. you will receive automatic invoice and shipment notification when you rorder has been shipped. it incldues a link to the online tracking number.
* Please Note: We're going to try more than our best to ship out as many as possible. But CANNOT promise they will be shipped.

- The transit time for your shipment depends entirely on your method of shipping, and in the case of order placed with UPS Ground, how far you are located in relation to us.
- Customer who needs to receive the package quicker could select from following UPS options during check-out: UPS Next day, UPS 2nd day, UPS 3 day select.
- Priority shipping: Guaranteed to ship the same day it is processed, as long as the order is received before our daily cutoff time of 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
- UPS Ground: Package will be sent out within 1~2 business days of the order being put into process.

Is approximately 1 ~ 7 business day from Ship-Out date(Excluding weekends & UPS Holiday) - Southern California : 1 day. Other parts will be 2 business day
